We had a lovely weekend at McLaren Ridge 2 – my parents were blown away with the log cabin and could not believe how luxurious it was. Monte came for a visit every day (funnily enough every time we started cooking the sausages !), bless him, he’s such a sweetie, but looking old with his bad leg.
Thanks again, we had the best time and hopefully my hubby and I will be back soon.

Just felt the need to email you and say a big huge Thank-you for having us stay on your property over the holidays. It was the best getaway and the kids had a ball too. That jacuzzi was such a hit, we miss it terribly!
One tip might be to pop on there the beach is only 6 minutes away!? It was a beautiful beach and a dolphin swam right past my husband!!(YES it was a dolphin!) Something we will never forget!
Anyway, I felt the need to say Thanks again for having us. I have been telling everyone and anyone who will listen about your piece of Heaven in South Aussie!

I am emailing you about your accommodation and our holiday last March. Firstly we loved your accommodation it was first rate. You have a wonderful spot right in the middle of all the wineries and not far from the beaches. We also thought the region as a whole was brilliant, people were friendly, the food was great not to mention the wine. Andrea and I had a few days in the Barossa and we thought McLaren Vale wines were a better quality across the board. I passed on your wine to a local bottle shop franchise, they are a medium size franchise of about 5 to 8 stores in Hobart. They have a tasting night of 12 wines every month. We suggested that they put this wine in that night. Andrea & I thought it was the best wine of our entire holiday, and we tasted over three hundred. I don’t know if you have tourism and vineyard owners meetings but if you do please pass on what a great job everyone is doing.
Once again thank-you for a wonderful holiday and all the best for the future.

Well, our w/end came & went. I must say we all thoroughly enjoyed everything about the whole time. Your accom is outstanding, the place, the view, the breakfast, the jacuzzi & your wine, was ab fab.
The region is a secret waiting to be discovered....although I hope it never gets overrun like the Barossa. We discovered some very nice wines.
